Registration for admission in Nursery and K.G. standard normally starts in the month of January and for 1st to 10th standard starts in the month of March. For admissions in Ny. standard age limit is 3 years/ admission is open to all castes and creeds without benefit from the kind of educations imparted. Parents desiring admission of their wards/children are requested and complete the enclosed application form for rregistration and submit it in the school office with registration fee, which is neither refundable nor constitutes an assurance and is valid only for the academic year for which the candidate is registered.
Admission requirements at the time of admission are as given below:
- For admission in Nursery standard to 1st standard birth certificate from Panchayat or Municipal committee in support of the date of birth be submitted.
- Students must submit a leaving certificate from the previous school countersigned by officer below the rank of a district.
- Detail marks list should be submitted.
- Copy of Aadhar Card is also required.
All the documents presented at the time of admission will not be returned at any cost.
Withdrawals
Students can be withdrawn from the school by giving one calender month's notice in written. Failure to give such a notice in writing will entail to forfeiture of the caution money. Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of government or military personal.
School leaving certificate will be issued on a written request from the parents/guardian only after all the dues have been cleared. Students can be dismissed by the school authorities on any of the following grounds:
- Irregularity in attendance.
- Unsatisfactory academic progress.
- Bad conduct.
- Grave insubordination to school authorities.
- Non payment of fees of chronic irregularity in payment.
The principal's decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
Rules Regarding Payment of Fees
At the time of admission fee card is issued to every student for the whole year. The fees are payble monthly up to 9th of the month in 12 installments, otherwise Rs 10 will be fined per day for late fees. The name of defaulters will be struck off the rolls after 25th.
- The fees are payable monthly up to 9th of the months in twelve installments.
- Fees will be charged from the beginning of the year even though a child is admitted in the middle to the session.
- Fees and conveyance charges once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
- Parents and guardian willkindly preserve the receipts and fee cards issued to them and produce them as proof of payment of fees if needed.
- In case of readmission, student will have to pay admission fee.
- No transfer certificate will be issued unless all the dues to the school have been paid in full.
Relaxation:- 25% relaxation (Annually and Monthly) to younger child is given if two real brothers and sisters are in the school. In addition to two real brothers and sisters the next one free of all charges.
Leave Rules:
No leave will be granted except in case of illness or the pressing and valid reason. All application for leave must be signed and supported by the parents/guardians who is registered with the school. The first day attendance after holidays is compulsory for each students. If any student absents himself for more than 6 days without having the leave sanctioned, his/her name is liable to be struck off form the rolls.
DISCIPLINE RULES
General Guidelines for the Students Regarding Descipline and Conduct:
- Students must have etiquettes and courtesies such as discipline, respect of teachers as well as elders, punctuality, concern for school properly, neat and clean uniform, proper manners, good habits etc.
- Students are responsible for their conduct both in and out of school.
- Writing slogans, indecent remarks on black boards, wall desks or any where in the campus is strictly prohibited.
- Lab-equipments should be handle properly. Failing which suitable action can be taken against the students.
- English, which is the medium of instruction should normally be used in school premises. No students is allowed to use the local language and if a students are to come to school neatly and cleanly and clearly attired in the school uniform with their shoes well polished and handkerchief in their pockets.
- The schools diary must be brought daily to school. The books and note books must be well covered and the name, standard, section etc of the pupil should clearly marked on books and notebooks.
- Students are advise not to bring any sharp item, valuable articles, any ornaments and large sum of money to school without parent's consent, if found in the custody of student will be forfeited.
- Students must have to come school regularly. No leave applications without parents' signature shall be taken in to consideration under any condition.
- Students are advised to bring lunch regularly and they must take a fruit in lunch.
- Students have to appear in all the tests and examinations. No relaxation will be allowed.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours, including recess without the written permission of the principal/vice principal.
- School is not responsible for any incident concerning its students outside the campus.
- Interruption in teahing work on any pre-text can be taken a serious note of.
Parental Co-operation
Home and school are partners in the educational process. We appeal to the parents to extend us their full co-operation.
- Parents should consider it their duty to give sufficient time and proper attention to their children.
- We earnestly request the parents to look in the diary daily and see that the work assigned for that day is done very carefully.
- Prents are requested not to walk into the classroom directly or interview teacher during class hours.
- Sick students should not be sent to school.
- Encourage your child to make a time-table for studies at home.
- Notebooks should be well covered and labeled with name, roll no, classes, section and subject.
- Students are not allowed to take private tuitions.
- Parents will please inculcate in their child the idea of self help and dignity of labour so essential for successful career.
Parents should not hesitate to discuss with the teachers any short comings pointed out, before it is too late.
It is compulsory for the parents to come the school for the parents teacher association held quietly every month. Parents who fail attend the parents-teacher meeting will be deemed not to be interested in their ward's education and as this is precious to the school in general and the students in particular, the wards of such parents may be asked to discontinue the school.
